Oklahoma City's council record, in one place
The City publishes its meetings through a portal that requires an account to read an agenda. It streams the same meetings publicly to YouTube. We index both, transcribe the video so it is searchable, and file the records requests for what the portal will not show.
What we can and cannot show you yet
Oklahoma City's PrimeGov portal renders agenda documents behind a sign-in wall. We link every meeting to the City's own copy, but we cannot mirror the agenda text the way we do in Southaven and San Angelo. That gap is itself a records request — agendas are public records under 51 O.S. § 24A.1 whether or not a vendor portal asks you to log in. We are verifying Oklahoma City's records custodian before publishing a request builder here, because a request sent to an address we guessed helps nobody.
The same meetings stream publicly and are auto-captioned. We transcribe them and make every word searchable, so what was actually said in the room is on the record here even when the paperwork is not. Search it →
